Do I need to make an appointment to come and try on wedding gowns?

Yes we do prefer you make an appointment so we can have a consultant devote her time to helping you find the perfect gown.

Do you offer a Payment Plan?

Yes. We require 60% down to order the gown and the remaining balance due within 30 days after it arrives at Patty’s.

Do you offer Alterations?

Yes! We do offer alterations in house for an additional cost. We only alter gowns purchased at Patty’s.

How long does it take for a wedding gown to arrive?

Typically wedding gowns will take 4-6 months unless the designer has the gown in stock. We will call you as soon as it arrives.

What if I don’t have time to order a wedding gown?

No problem! We sell any gown in our store out of stock!

What if my bridesmaids are not local?

We order gowns for people out of state on a daily basis. They can call or email their information to us and we can ship the gown to them when it arrives should they choose to do so.

Do you offer Plus size wedding gowns?

Yes we have a good selection of gowns in stock for plus size brides and most all of our gowns can be ordered up to a size 30.

Can I bring a large group with me to my appointment?

Yes but we ask that you call ahead and let us know so we can set up an area that will accommodate everyone.

Do I have a time limit at my appointment?

We do not limit the amount of time you have; most appointments tend to be between 1-2 hours.

Are you handicap accessible?

Yes, we are. We have 4 restrooms, 1 of which is handicap accessible. We also have no steps in the store that are needed to shop, we are wheelchair accessible!

Where do I park?

Customers are welcome to park in the front of the store, and the back of the store. We also have side parking along the side of building, labeled “Patty’s Customer Parking.” (See image below)
